HDIVE (Humanities Digital Innovation and Virtual Education) is a site dedicated to building a community practice for using innovative digital tools in the humanities.
The tutorials featured on this site have been written by higher education professionals who have extensive experience in online and hybrid teaching and who have worked to develop effective and engaging ways to use digital tools to help students learn.
In each tutorial, you will find a synopsis, a set of objectives for what the author would like you to learn from the post, content and instructions for how to use a digital tool or set up an online assignment, a description of the benefits and challenges of the approach covered, and tools for evaluating you use of the digital tool and/or rubrics for assessing student work.
